Description
RENTAL: Lot 44 is located 3 sites down from the top of phase one with breathtaking mountain views. Improvements in 2021 include a new Blaze BBQ grill and new deep seating patio furniture with propane gas fire table. Lot 44 features an enlarged pull-in pad with ample seating for large parties including large dining table under an umbrella. Use of sink, refrigerator and wood-burning firepit is also permitted.
Upon departure please return all cushions to storage boxes or when there is inclement weather.
For your convenience, wood bundles and propane may be purchased at the office.
